Ethereum Classic returned to Google BigQuery, with the dataset brought to the chain head and an analysis of exposed public keys built on it. etchd, a timestamp calendar anchored to ETC, launched on mainnet. Besu for ETC moved to the besu-etc/besu fork, the Nethermind ETC plugin moved to Nethermind 2.2.0 and core-geth caught up with the go-ethereum v1.17.5 toolchain. Community Calls 61 and 62 were hosted and the Ethereum Classic Mumbai meetup was announced for 2026-11-02.
